- Represented members of a limited liability company that had been defrauded out of their $400,000 investment in a restaurant chain. Case was tried in Los Angeles Superior Court for three weeks. Received verdict of $1,200,000 which included punitive damages against all defendants. Verdict upheld on appeal by primary defendant.

Negotiated a contract between Microsoft and a firm client, a credit card processing company. Under the terms of the contract, our client was authorized to process all credit card transactions for Microsoft worldwide.
- Defended a medical device company from a lawsuit by their primary distributor. At the beginning of the jury trial the demand by the distributor was $2,000,000. Received a defense verdict and was awarded costs of suit. Appeal by distributor was dismissed.
